• A Murray DES Lead Technician will perform your in-home consultation.   This is the same technician who will be present during your installation, set-up & calibration.

• This compares to our competitors who send a salesperson during the consultation phase and then a technician for installation.   Most often the technician doesn't truly understand your project or what is required.   This inevitably leads to a delayed and compromised installation and frustration on your part.

Murray DES will fax or email you a Work Order for approval.

• Recommendations on product and installation methods will be presented.   Our goal is to provide you with the best possible performance and value. We achieved this by considering your entertainment demands, room size(s) and budget.

• Our pledge is to never sell you a component you do not need, or that is engineered beyond the scope of your project.   For example, our most expensive, 1000-watt, 10 input amplifier isn't necessary for your 200 square foot library.

Confirm your installation date.

• After authorizing your final Work Order, an installation date will be established.   Prior to installation, Murray DES will organize your digital components, perform any pre-programming requirements and obtain customizable system preferences from you and your family.

Perform installation & set-up.

• Your Murray DES Technician will perform your system installation exactly as per your consultation.   Your Technician will be on-site for as long as the installation is being performed.

Get familiar your new entertainment system..!

• Your Murray DES Technician will return at an appointed time to train all participants.   This return visit is free of charge.
